QB Collision is built on integrity, precision and knowledge. As a family owned shop, we have a proud tradition of quality work. Because of our high standards, we demand a lot from our employees. To show our appreciation for them, we’re running a blog series called “Employee Spotlight.”
Today, we focus the spotlight on Mark DiBartolo. Mark has been working for QB for less than a year, but has integrated quickly into the QB family. As a customer service representative, customers see Mark right when they walk in the door. He starts off by helping clients with their paperwork, then guides them through the estimate process and stays in communication with them all the way to the end of their repair. Keeping one assigned point person for each case is standard at QB.
Mark enjoys working with people and continuing to learn the business. “Everyone made it easy and took me in,” he says. Work keeps him pretty busy, but when he’s not at work, he likes to relax at home or go out for a bike ride.
Mark lives in Garrison with his wife of 32 years who teaches in the Lakeland school district. He has a 21-year old daughter and a 26-year old son who will be getting married this summer. QB appreciates all he does!
